Have you heard of Shinrin-yoku: the Japanese Art of Forest Bathing? If you’d like to learn what its all about, join us for a one-hour presentation from Certified Nature + Forest Therapy Guide, Brandy Case Haub. Brandy will share her photos and stories from her recent trip to Japan, where she experienced Shinrin-yoku in the forests where the practice began 40 years ago.

This program is part of our Mindful Monday wellness series at Ericson Public Library.
